How do you remove the plastic window trim on the rear door

Since I was in the market for a brand new used alternator I visited the pic n pull yard and came across a couple goodies, one being the rear window sun shade.

Even though I'm driving a basic bitch 3.0 I have nothing against fancy options that will never get used so I was interested in taking it off but decided that instead of breaking everything as I go along I'll do some research first.

I found info on how to remove the triangle shade and I've removed the door panels before but I can't seem to find any info on how to remove the plastic window trim that has the hook.

The donor is a 2002 4.4 but I see no reason why this wouldn't fit and 05....right??

The hooks are removable without removing the trim. The hooks have a cover that comes off exposing a screw.

You can get info here: https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=51_3851

I'm assuming there's a threaded end on the door side they would screw into as opposed to a self tapping screw?

According to the diagram it's self tapping.
