Remove the valve cover and listen for the noise. I've seen plenty of cars that had something loose hidden by covers.

A stethoscope would be helpful in pinpointing the noise. It sounds kind of like the noise mine makes right now. It's the power steering pump gone bad. Second replacement pump. Thankfully I bought it from FCP, so the replacement that is on the way will be free.

Sorry for the late reply, Been a stressful last couple of days (non-car related). About the power steering pump, it could honestly be that. Sometimes the power steering is great, sometimes it feels really stiff, but not stiff enough to cause issues. Mostly parking lot where it's very stiff sometimes. My Power Steering reservoir is full of fluid. I used ATF which is what the Cap said to use, Can't remember the exact kind.

One more thing to mention, Cold starts are very weird. In the morning, I have a voltage reader on my USB hub. Normally when running it's around 13.5V to 14.0V. 12.6V when off. The battery is new, I got it in May. But what's weird is, every cold start is only 11.0 to 11.5V till I rev it a couple of times to make it start up fully. The vacuum noise doesn't start till I rev it a couple of times. Also, I hear a screeching noise from one of the belt pulleys on cold starts that go away once its hits normal voltages. I had a belt service in March so it's not the belt.

Honestly don't know what's going on. I mean, it's running really nice. Power is good enough even though it's the 3.0i. Doesn't shake at all at high speeds. Just worried that these issues will become really bad.

The running voltage and off voltages are normal. Not sure about the cold start voltage though. I am sure someone here though has an idea.

On cold starts, the loud noise is probably the secondary injection pump. I just went through 3 of them. The fourth most expensive one on RockAuto finally worked. The first two set codes. The third had different mounting points. The fourth one fit and works great. No noise on cold starts. The pump only works on cold starts. The start up voltage is probably due to the secondary pump running. Once it stops, voltage goes up.

Often the Fan belt tensioner , it wears the hole in timing cover then bounces about on tickover.

The low starting voltage and the belt screeching noise indicate the belt may not be good, the belt tensioner is bad or if anything else runs off of the alternator belt it is bad. It doesn't matter if you changed the belt yesterday it still could be bad.

The power steering not working properly at an idle can also be the belt or a low engine idle.

Here is the cold start screeching im talking about. It got even worse since its getting colder outside.

Edit: it goes away once it warms up. I need to rev it couple times, even little hard for the noise to go away

Sounds like an idler or tensioner bearing to me.
