Picture one shows the adaptation mixtures. Bank 2 multiplicative seems out of whack at 1.3 but what do I know.

Picture 2 show signal, O2. Of note the 0.03 bank 2 before cat never changes. The others modulate frequently. Maybe bad upstream sensor, bank 2? If I recall the one I had shorted was bank 2.

If the O2 voltage on bank 2 is stuck at .03 then that is a problem. INPA or almost anything else would give you a better look at what is going on. I would bet money that the problem is with your wiring or you damaged an oxygen sensor or maybe even the DME with your testing. Maybe switch the O2 sensors and see what happens.
