Rear wiper not wiping
Yet the rear wipers will work when I use the rear windshield washer. Wondering if it's a problem with the wiper stalk. |

It could be a problem with the wiper stalk but most likely the problem is the rear wiper motor assembly which contains all the smarts for the wiper functions. You would need to do some testing if you want to make sure but my money would be on the wiper motor assembly especially if it is original.

When "on" , does it speed up when you put it in reverse?

The wipers do not turn on in reverse. I push the wiper stalk one click away from my body. I also pushed the stalk up to wipe the rear. It does not wipe.
The wipers only work when I push wiper stalk 2 clicks away from my body. Washing the rear windshield. Last edited by mikegee; 01-10-2022 at 10:39 PM. |
