SOS…..Save Our Ship

I installed my TCU and microphone in the X5.
I have Bluetooth!!!!! Voice command works also.
While I was installing the microphone, I found a spare connector in there.
A while back I bought from EBay a few SOS (now defunct) push buttons.

They have 2 versions. The one that fits best is the SOS and Maintenance push button. In my X5, I bought the button with the spring loaded cover.
Push that and the big orange button awaits. . If you go that route, a small section of zip tie will make it fit snug. Seeing as how everyone here knows what it takes to keep these on the road. I thought what the heck. A SOS button might be fun.

They do light up and look cool. Seems like when we are out trying to impress
the ladies, that’s when the dash lights fire off.
So, next time that happens, I can just call for help.
