No DME connection but can read VIN? and missfire

mine never has a problem reading the vin.
I actually just checked over the weekend, I have the NT644PRO, no updates available.

it was able to read the VIN, but then couldnt communicate to pull codes.
that does sound like something has the com bus all jammed up.

Just put ISTA+ on it, communicated and pulled the usual codes(radio/nav/PDC that I always have)
I hope that the 100F temps we are supposed to have on wed are enough to trigger it.

I use the manual selection on my Foxwell in BMW mode since it seems to take forever to read via VIN. Try that and see if it helps.
I haven't tried to update the Foxwell but I understand an update recently became available.
