Latest changes

Hi all, thought I would post the most recent of the X5. Changes made from my last post are Depo lights, black badges and black 2 pac on the wheels.

Sorry for the poor quality photos, it is pouring down rain outside so just cleaned it up and used the iPhone.

Milsey.... I've been thinking of painting my X5 badge how much of a pain is it to remove and replace I'd imagine you'd have to replace the 2way tape on the back.

Wilkoturbo... I haven't seen that colour in a non " is " model before. I like your X but Jeremy Clarkson wouldn't like the caravan

Mate I ordered a new set of badges and then used plasticote to paint them. I gave them about 5 coats I think. All I did was mark the old badges with masking tape, rip them off, clean up the residue with acetone, then stick the new ones on. The new ones came with their own double sided tape/adhesive as per the factory.

Overall it was pretty easy. You in Sydney?

I agree dude, but end of the day I'm not sure why people keep bringing this up. It is HIS car and if HE likes, fine by me. I do agree with you though. Kinda weird. But ehhh?
