Nothing...

I did the reset but it didn't change a thing. I've seen some people put those plastic wind deflectors on in front of the roof. Maybe that would help.

I just open it in "vent" and it goes away, or turn up the radio and deal with it.

Not going to pay the stealership to fix it, and I've run out of ideas.

As a last resort you can try a trick that has worked for me... but you have to have the close windows function on your key fob, which I think most US vehicles lack?

Anyway, I leave the sunroof open (popped up in vent mode) and close the doors. Then I press and hold the lock button on the key fob, first of all it will wind up any windows that are down, and then it will lower the sunroof to closed position. I watch the roof closing and let go the key just as it closes. For some reason this allows the sunroof to close to a slightly different position, and this eliminates the rattle for me... at least until the next time I open and close the sunroof. This is not a fix, but I can stop the rattle, and sometimes that's good enough...

I wish I could remember the member who first posted this fix, but here is a video I did of the repair job. VERY basic and only requires 30 mins and electric tape and utility knife

Mike, can you repost the video? The link doesn't seem to work anymore. I got a rattle on my black one. I assume your fix is still good?
