Hold down the unlock button. It will roll down both front windows, then back windows, and then eventually the pano (if equipped).

It will shut the windows aswell holding down the lock button so if you get out and forget to close the window rather than puttting the key back in the ignition you can either press and hold the lock on the remote or lock the door manually with the key and hold the key in the lock position and the windows will roll up.

It's your door actuator - gone bad in the locked position. You have to get inside the door by forceably removing the panel.

This has happened to me the past few day! Could not unlock the rear doors, open windows from driver side switch, Rear hatch will not open with key, or switch new gear lever...and had to climb in back seat and use the mechanically open fuel door! Any new information..2003 3.0i

Well I fixed my problem the other day, if you look on the hinge part of the pass door there is a hose that contains wires, well you have the unbolt the harness which is connected the body with a 8mm socket, from there you can disconnect the harness(you have the pull up on a piece on the harness then it will unplug, you will see what I mean when you look at it. AFter you get the harness apart look over it, cause it probably has a bluish green type corrision normally found on battery post on the connectors, just clean it up with a electric cleaner, I used wd40(not recommended but it worked) and toothbrush and qtips then connect everything backed up. This worked for me and might nto work for you , but my windows and door lock did not work plus the under door(puddle) light was not bright. Now it works fine. Good Luck on fixing it.

After rereading your post your problem might be something else, my fix might not work for your issue.

I also noticed that when I press the rear hatch button near the gearshift...I could hear clicking from around the the glove box, this sounds like a relay. Is this where the GM-3 board is located?
