Troublesome 2003 E53 3.0!

My X5 dies after one night in the garage. DEAD no clicks or interior lights.

Now here are my symptons:

My car alarm does not arm with the buttons on the key, I must use my key to arm the vehicle.

I had a problem with the heating/cooling fan a few years back where the fan would just go dead for a few minutes and then click back on. But have to say that it hasn't happened since. So it may not be the Final Stage Resistor.

Various pixels on my radio display will turn off, sometimes in a horizontal line, most of the time radom pixels. And other times the complete display works, which cancels out the possiblity of dead pixels.

The only thing I have had a chance to do is replace the battery, but the problems have not gone away.

Any help/suggestions are appreciated!
