Nice but you gotta get rid of those orange corners and the M emblem especially in the front! And make sure next time you see a 4.8 is on the road to pull over cuz they gonna smoke you purposely.

I think the M emblems look great! If others don't like it they don't have to put it on their X's.

Now, you need headlights with clear corners! And perhaps some powder coated 4.6is brakes!!

Beautiful X5!!! You make me want to go and detail mine!!!

Ok, let's set things straight!

Wow, I'm loving the feedback - which appears to be a 50/50 split where you guys either love the badging or hate it. This is my two cents on why I did it; I wanted to stand out, I wanted to show my love of BMW, and to show that I believe my X5 is as close to an ///M as any, any thought it deserving of the badging. Tru, if a 4.6 or 4.8 went up against me, I would lose, but that has yet to happen. Sure, a fellow X5er may laugh, but my 4.4 is de-emblemed so it's not like they would think i'm a 3.0 with ///M badging.

Either way, the badges are staying on. I read the first post or two and got discouraged, but seeing the reaction of some that it looks great, they're staying on.

I think i'm done modding this ride. So no clear corners - sorry guys! I have a sport wheel and need a round airbag, but that's really the last upgrade.

Actually so far it is more like 9 against it and 1 maybe 2 for it, but who is counting.

Do what makes you happy.

Wow, you're a big loser for counting them, but I'm sure you knew that already.

I was victim to my past sense telling me to do the same thing on the front grill of my X. In a few months I took them off realizing that it was not cool to rock M badges on a 14 second vehicle when all the newer M's are definitely in the 12's and 13 second quarter mile time

Beautiful looking X5.. nice kit nice wheels nice front bar.. I agree that the badges do it a disservice, I honestly wouldnt mind if a 4.6 or 4.8 had an M badge, because that's the closest thing we in an X have to an "M"

Cleared lights and clear side markers and rear lights would definitely take this X over the top.. its already at the top though.. very nice.

Believe that's 11-2 now LOL
