Larger Dunlop 325 x 30 x 21 tires question

Any comments on using these tires on our x5's? Will they noticabably be heavier and rougher riding than our standard 315 x 35 x 20 tire set up? The specs say they are the same overall height but just only wider in tire size. Any one know of an E70 owner with this setup and having good or bad comments?

I'd love to hear of some one using this set up. I'm thinking of running 21's with 285/35/21's and 235/30/21's
same as e70.

I don't think anyones done it on this forum thats why no replies.

I drove an e70 with those sizes, ride is great, a little more road feel then 20's but still felt like a luxury sports vehicle

why would you want to run a small front tire, 235 is what came on a non-sport 3.0, the x5 uses the wide tires to improve handling

sorry, was a typo, I meant 325/30/21
same as oem e70
I'm thinking of buying eurotech e70 replica 21" 215 staggered and running 285 front 325 rear

the wheel is 10.5 front and 11.5 rear, im so desperatly looking for advice if they'll fit on a e53

a few members have put e70 wheels on the e53, it requires hub centric rings and spacers

or really?!
Spacers as well?
are you sure about the spacers? I don't like when wheels stick out too much and if its an 11.5 wide its already an inch wider then oem, THEN ADD sapcers? it may look off?

SO HARD TO BUY WHEELS for this truck.
I have an M3 as well and it was so easy to Mod because SO MANY people have different set ups.

I should stick with 4.8 wheels if I can find them!

lol

I will let you know in a month or so. I have a set of Breyton Spirits I picked up cheap and slapping on the exact same tire size so I will be the test victim I guess LOL
