Wheels and tires questions

I have a '03 3.0i and have the type 87 rims in a staggered configuration. I have two questions.

1. What size and where can I find the BMW roundel that goes in the center of the rims?

2. My rear tires are (i think) the 10.5 rims and are wearing horribly on the inside of passenger side. I saw a camber plate DYI but was all dedicated to adjusting the front suspension. Is there ANYTHING for the rear to help this out. I can post rear profile pics if need be but pretty much my front wheels sit like this |-| and my rear wheels sit like this /-\.

HELP! Tires are expensive LOL

sorry to ask an obvious question but have you had the car aligned recently?

1) go to dealer to get center cap for 87 style rims.
2) Ask the alignment shop to reduce negative camber in the back but I think it'll affect the cornering on high speed. I'll say pay the tire shop to dismount and remount the tires inside out (so you got the fresh side on the inside), cheaper than alignment for probably around $40 for each wheel(mounting, balancing etc). Yes X5 is known to have very agrresive camber setting in the rear.
