Anyone retrofit Comfort Headrests?

Since I gave you up on finding a decent set of sport seats for the iS I decided to embrace my comfort seats and honestly they are just that, very comfortable especially on longer trips.

But I want to go overboard and get the comfort headrest found on the E60.

They have this pillow which I think is manually adjusted as I don't see any wires for power.

Would these fit the E53? Is the spacing the same?

Unfortunately, I believe the E6x comfort headrests are always powered. If you look at the very bottom, you can see the unusual tip on the supports. This would be an issue, since the detents are missing and the headrests wouldn't "stop" at different levels

Edit:

I forgot the iS has powered headrests! My guess is they will fit as long as the spacing is the same

Even if they are powered, that's not how powered UP/DOWN headrest mechanism works.

It attaches to a hanger looking plastic part on both ends and ladder w/ motor is what moves them up and down inside the back rest.

My main concern was the spacing and if t it would side nicely where the pillow meets the top of the back rest.

The M versions with the three panels? Those are powered so wouldn't work.

I'm fairly certain my father's E70 X5 4.8i has headrests with those neck supports

Oh the ones that just pop out, yeah I had those on my E70 4.8i, those would look huge in the E53.
