4.8is Pulls and drives weird

So I have a 2005 4.8is, and my wife drives it, so I only drive it a couple times a month. But the last couple times I have driven it, I hate it! It follows the rut's in the road and will pull very sharp to the point that I think its unsafe. I have taken it to the dealer before and they said it was ok. They said since my tires are staggered and wide it will do that. I don't remember this being the case when we first got it over a year ago. We replaced the rear OEM tires with Toyo Proxes ST II's and still have the RFT Michelin's in the front. They are not too bad, but I have been thinking about replacing them in hopes it will fix this issue. I also noticed that the car leans to the passenger side a bit when its parked. I took it in for that too and they replaced a front sensor, but it still leans about 3/4 of an inch. Anyone experience this problem driving their X5??

My thinking is the suspension is soft in the front and gets a bit wobbly b/c of that?? I have no clue to what is going on, but wanted to see if anyone on here might have a thought to what is going on before I take it back to the dealership.

Thanks!

But following the grooves in the road is probably normal because of the wide staggered wheels. When you say it didn't do this a year ago was that on the same road?
