Retract Mirrors not staying put

Hey All,

I just got a new to me X5 '06 and wonder if there's a faulty regulator or something on my retract mirrors. When I press the button to retract them they fold in but don't stay. All they do is retract and flip right back.

Any clue as to what might be the problem?

Thanks
