There's a post buried in this thread with a PIC from a member's existing 2005 4.8is NAV. It was LQ065T9BR51U. I think the general consensus is to be careful about which screen you buy because the screen angle can be different with other model numbers. If you can, you should probably open up your NAV and look for the model number tag on the back of it and replace it with that. Don't be lured with the idea that an upgraded screen will result in any better screen resolution as it may result in a bad screen angle.

I'm going to buy LQ065T9BR51U myself for my 2004 4.4.

I got the 53U and it works fine. Per Cinderella at EuroTech, both are the same. My e53 is a 2003 / 4.4

Hmm, I got 51U??? and it works fine. 2002 E53.

To Petertn's point, I think whether we ask for 51U or 53U, they send the same screen. I just ordered mine and we'll see in a week or two. Maybe I'll snap some before and after shots of the screen to see if there's any difference in resolution/display brightness, etc. Probably not.

Correct model is 51U. Just make sure you don't get model 51 (without "U"), that's the E39 version with different viewing angle. Don't ask why I know...
