A/C on loud and sluggish is this normal?
So i try not to use the Air conditioning that much since i only drive 7 miles to work each way and its better to just wind down the windows, but last few days i decided its way too hot and humid. I never noticed before but the engine is really loud and sluggish when accelerating, I mean this is a V8. I can't imagine having the A/C on and towing something! Is this normal? I have a 2005 toyota sienna V6 with AC, luggage and family and the acceleration and noise level is barely unnoticeable when driving. But the BMW is like gasping....is there something wrong? I have 2003 4.4i 82K miles...
