From what I understand this is a common failure. If you get them replaced I would at least consider using the Meyle HD bushings.
http://www.meyleusa.com/BMW-X5-X3%20...%20Bushing.pdf The bushings themselves can be pressed out and replaced but it just depends on the shop or mechanic as they will probably just replace the entire arm with the bushing already installed. Best of luck. k |

Pressing bushings out is time consuming, you may want to burn them out with a torch. I've torched bushings before and it's quick and easy.

no there is no leaking at all and dont feel anything when driving

In my case, the fluid leaked onto my garage floor. I don't think they necessarily have to be leaking to warrant replacing. Not positive about that though.
The HD bushings are not fluid filled.
