control arms

hello, has anybody ordered any parts from ebay deutsche parts considering buying upper control arms and ball joints from them or bavarian auto. the price is significant $110 compared to $300. I'm not looking to be cheap but if the quality is the same why not? thanks alot.

I've bought some lower control arms from Ebay, and it's only $90 both sides. I don't know about upper control arm quality, but the one I bought works like original. Still knocking the wood..............

I bought all the front-end suspension parts from them and installed. No problems so far.

I purchased from this seller and the quality was/is excellent. Replaced both wishbones and front stabilizer links. Fast shipper also.

Its actually very easy to do it yourself. I ordered new balljoints, control arm bushings, and the new lower control arms.

I ended up buying the bushings from the dealer. I took the 1 control arm off and had a shop press the new ones in.

The ball joints and other control arm were purchased on ebay. I'll do a DIY for those who are interested. They won't arrive for another week though. Mine are very bad/loud and way over due for replacement.

I *JUST* signed up on the forum and paid my subscription fee just to post this

Johnnytime, for what it's worth I have used www.bavauto.com for parts over the years. I love those guys. They are super knowledgable even when you have a hard time explaining what you're trying to do. Which as a novice DIYer I often do, usually because I don't know the names of thinngs. They are very patient even when I place a really small order. I love the convenience.
