I Wasn't on ice or a real slippery road all there was on the road was bunch of twiggs. Bringing this in to a shop asap b4 it happens during the high way or something.

Does it do it every time?
If not, try to duplicate it on an empty parking lot (at school?) that is flat & smooth (definitely not NYC roads). Unfortunately, you can get some weird feedback from braking on bad roads. I did the wet road ABS braking at BMW (as did all that did the factory p/u), and as I remember it, you only heard the ABS, the car braking was smooth with no shudder or shaking. If it's the ABS, then its not working and you should be able to duplicate what you felt. On 2nd thought, have the dealer do it. If he crashes, then you can get a new one out of him.
