Noted. White lithium grease Ok? Like the squirty kind in a can, with a red straw.

Should work fine as long as it's safe for plastics.

I drove it
after 2 weeks of driving my dads car I'm finally (just for one week though) driving the beast
2 weeks of being ignored and the car , on the first key roared into life ,
much different than my dads car
just to fill you in briefly. my dad passed 4 years ago , and left a Toyota avensis 2.0 in the garage with 36k on the clock , 1/2 the amount to fill in $$ and 2X the fuel consumption, this car has been sat in the garage for 4 years, lovely car, but nothing compared to the e53
so as a treat I gave the car a wash , a vacuum, and a polish
oh happy days

^You can still get the Eibach sways on Ebay. Not cheap though.

Ultra Racing also makes a number of chassis stiffening products for the E53. I have no experience with them on our X5's, but I did run a couple of their products on our 2013 Kia Optima SX and could tell the difference.

Was interested so just checked Ultra Racing website. I didn't find anything offered for a BMW.
