Replaced leaking radiator with Behr (same as factory) for $212 from FCPEuro.com. Also replaced the water valve and now getting heat immediately in the cabin. Easy DIY.

Changed Front and rear diff fluid. Replaced transfer case fluid, performed oil change and had alignment done to get the most out of my new Vredestein Ultrac Vorti Tires.

Replaced CV joints with Febest CV joint/boot kit. Kit seems to be of high quality with the exception of the weak band clamps. Purchased heavy duty sand clamps from a local auto store and secured them very well.
Replaced stock thrust arm BJ's with OE Lemforder BJ's
Replaced thrust arms with Meyle HD
Car is still on jackstands until sway bar end links get replaced with Meyle HD.

Front end refresh phase II. Struts and strut mounts/bearings. Still didn't fix the clunking at the right front end. Not sure what the hell is causing it now that I've replaced all the front suspension parts.

Check your headlight level sensor connection. The ball joint in mine rusted and seized causing a popping sound.

Replaced the passenger side window, not because it was broken, but because it was replaced with a non BMW glass by a previous owner. Took me a couple of hours to replace it and did the plastic clips at the same time. Got the glass for 10 bucks from a guy that was stripping a X5.
