Last night I ordered all the stuff I'll need for an upcoming inspection 2. I also ordered new shocks/struts (bilstein sport), sway bar links (meyle hd -- since I'm in there anyway), powerflex thrust arm bushings, and powerflex sway bar bushings.

Rocker Guard over Aluminum running boards. More cohesive look, plus the aluminum was starting to get rust spots.

Looks awesome! What did you do to prep the metal before application? When you say "rust" do mean corrosion or rust coloured stains? Just curious because they shouldn't rust!

Thanks, I think it looks stealthy.

I just took some T.S.P degreaser to it, let it sit for 10 minutes, the removed it, then just 2 coasts of rocker paint. Went on nice and smooth.

Got all the switches and central locking functions back, homelink is working now too so can leave the beeper box secure at home. Timely fix as recent news reported another spate of auto break-ins where thieves take the car reg & ins. doc while also cutting the battery cable. Therefore the victim is certainly stuck so they then rob your house. Paradise Lost.

Ordered some new A-pillars. Originally planned to get the original ones recovered...but for $38 each it doesn't make sense!

...oh yea and I ordered up a Accuair VU4 4-corner Valve assembly for the air suspension. This unit has the added advantage of dual 3/8" Inlet & exhaust ports as well as additional 1/4" ports for each corners' pressure sensor. Im talking about this for those who don't know:
