passenger rear sunroof drain hose reconnect

Does anyone know the easiest way to reconnect the rear pass side sunroof drain hose?

Pulled it out by mistake, thinking it was a grommet.... Ugh! Never saw anything silly like this before. To my suprise it was several inches long and not a grommet. Now I can't get it back in.

What is the easiest way to pull down the rear of the headliner to rattach it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
