Your brake rotors might have lots of deposit on them and need another "bedding-in"
Or the suspension bushing is shot and need to be replaced. How many miles on your X?

Warped roters if the shaking occurs during braking! Either replace roters or resurface them if they are still within thickness specs. Good time to change brake pads too.

Get new rotors and pads. Bed them in properly, and you will be golden.
