Painted wheel arches
For some reason, I really like the black plastic wheel arches. I like the contrast between the black plastic areas on the body. I think the painted ones look great on mercedes though.

Plastic Painted black on the 4.8is is good looking, assuming you car would be non-black.
Body colored plastic looks eww on the 4.8. (IMO)

I too like the contrast of black plastic.
Dking05, I knew you're on here too, just not as active as you are the other forums

I like the contrast of black. Even gone with black contrast on the fog bezels, plate frame, ACS wing spoiler and silver/black carbon fiber emblems on body/wheels. Seller of my wheels had chrome lug bolts (no charge), told him to keep them, proper BMWs have black lug bolts.

^FYI: that's not Dking's SAV.
I believe that one is on stock suspension and lowered using adjustable end links.

Seeing this makes me want to go out in the garage and get the KW Var 3 coilover kit installed. I like how much longer the X looks when dropped 3".

Hahaha. It's been in the teen at night here (garage is 50 deg), roads have been iced for a week. Truck has been sitting for the past week, garaged until the salt/sand clears. Been driving the '05 Accord in the crap.
