Whistle All I want for Christmas is my Iphone 4s in my X

Ok, Ive been reading in the how to section (albeit quite dated) about installing bluetooth into my 2003 X with buisiness CD and no nav and no DSP my question is, If I install one of these fancy audiovox dice mediabridge units, will I be able to utilize the buttons on my steering wheel (the voice commands) to access my phone? Siri?? music??
I have been stuck at work without access to Youtube for any confirmation type videos that stuff actually works.
I would like to install something to allow me to play my music from my iphone/ipod in my X5, and still allow me to take calls and such. I was hoping i wouldnt have to resort to a $750+ ULF unit from Bimmernav, but if thats what it takes, I may just go for it!
I'm wondering if any audio gurus out there could chime in with what works, and more importantly what doesnt!
So to summarize,
- Looking to play music from my iphone 4s in my X
- Looking to take calls (hands free) using my steering wheel buttons
- Hoping to be able to access Siri via steering wheel buttons
- Hoping to get all this in for less than a grand!! (really hoping!!)
- Would like to be able to charge my Iphone also!! (not too concerned about the connector 4S/5 /5S etc. just want to charge it!
-would like to keep things really stealth (as not to attract too much attention from my spouse, and others !! (lol, happy wife = happy life!!)
Thanx, oh, yes, I have read through the How To postings, but was hoping to find something a bit more current. thanx.

ps, today I let my wife drive my X for the first time! ever!! separation anxiety, hmmm , maybe so!

The Dice mediabridge will do all that. And in your case, yes you can access SIRI through the steering wheel.

Some say the other brand is better. The dice works as it should. However its glitchy but if you learn the dos and donts its a great product.

I think you meant Grom. Can receive and make phone calls using the steering wheel buttons to answer or hang up, but dialing is still through the phone or voice dial through my phone. It is not the phone button on the steering wheel, but the track up and track down buttons.

Don't have an Eye-phone but a Samsung Android phone. Can stream music from my Pandora account or spotify account through Bluetooth.

Radio or playlist automatically mute whenever I am on the phone.

Have had all dice offerings. Purchased media bridge just after it came out. Also have the Sirius module add on. Has always worked fine, no glitches.

the glitch I meant is the 10 second wait for it to initialize. plus moving between tracks theres a lag of about a second. not as snappy as like moving tracks like a CD

what I like about it is when I receive a call and I have a headset on, the call comes in through the stereo, I answer it with the steering wheel, but the call comes to my headset and the stereo is on mute. it also streams pandora or netflix through bluetooth

I never hear those words. All features of the mediabridge are available as soon as the radio is on.
