Angry Websites to get parts from in Canada

I'm looking for a website based in Canada that I can get parts from whenever my usual supplier just doesn't have a good price.

I tried out autopartsway.ca and I'd have to say
DON'T USE THEM!

They never provided any notice that the order shipped, or any tracking information. So when I contacted them to find out the order status, their only reply was that the order had shipped and that it was delivered, along with an address I haven't lived at in 4 years...

They made no effort to correct the situation. It was after several calls to UPS and launching a dispute with PayPal that UPS called me to arrange re-delivery, which will take at least a week, assuming the people who got the package by mistake didn't throw it away, or open it and decide to sell it on ebay or something.

Morons.

How did they get your old address? Didn't you change the Paypal address when you moved?

Yes, changed it several times over the last few years, so it's a real mystery... and the order form on their website was given my current address to boot...

RockAuto Parts Catalog

I've heard great results about Autopartsway.com for sure, my bud uses them a bunch and I'd not hesitate to use them if need be, but my regulars are pretty damn good too

I used autopartsway.ca for 90% of my orders over the last 5 or 6 years. Probably over 25 orders. Never had a problem. Always got order confirmation and shipping notice.

Maybe it's just one of those freak occurrences. Give them another try. I've also ordered from Canada Parts Online and Pelican Parts but APW usually has better prices.
