Same thing for me! I had a COM1 port issue and sent him an email and he told me what to do in less than 3 hours! Awesome help!

Got the adaptation sorted. Did a bunch of coding in NCS Expert after, then did some scanning in BMW Scanner. Managed to kill my battery even though I was running a battery tender at the time. Now I've got to wait 48 hours for it to trickle charge before I enjoy the new options
