I really love 'em.
I'm with you on this feature...I love the aspherical wide angle mirrors! But I do like the auto-dimming feature, too. I paid the extra to keep the auto-dimming...I got mine from a seller from Latvia.

I'll take this view any day over the plain 1:1 reflective ratio that BMW NA offers US owners...I can see directly behind me as well as 3 lanes over from my driver's side mirror:




(and same for the passenger side)
