How do you flush UREA tanks?

I wasnt able to find anything on how to actually flush the tanks, is there a DIY somewhere on the forum or on the net?
I read some members saying they flushed theirs but i dont know how, never even went under it to see yet. I like to do research before i start tinkering lol

Any help would be appreciated.

See attached. Not sure why you'd want to do it, though.

Thanks for the SIB. I believe that the flushing - drain/fill - has been obsoleted by the recognition of the high solubility of urea in aqueous solution.

I note, in the matter of failing DEF tanks,
Quote:
Warranty will only reimburse the use of 2.5 gallon service bottles (P/N 83 19 0 440 158) when draining and refilling the SCR system.
I believe that the common hose/pump/tank rigs overpressurize the DEF tanks.

I just need to have the codes go Away for a short time so I can pass inspection, expired Aug 30th. After that I can live with the codes till i do the dpf delete and tune.
Gonna get the ecu update done, hoping it fixes my issues with AIT sensor and MAF sensor circuits.
