Humming noise from rear passenger side after shutdown

I have recently observed that after I have shut down the engine and locked the car (comfort access) there is a humming (like motor running) noise from the rear passenger side of the car. I can hear this if I kneel by the rear passenger tire and it lasts anywhere from under a minute to about 3+ minutes. Eventually the noise goes away (with a whoosh kind of sound ).

Does anyone experience the same?

I don't have any other indicators or codes showing up and haven't noticed any drivability issues. About 6 weeks back I did have a new battery installed, the negative battery terminal and its adapter was replaced (code had shown up) and DMTL pump was replaced (check engine light had come on). Since battery and DMTL are located in that general area was wondering if I should get this checked.

Appreciate any insight you can provide.
