blue dragon will become famous soon enough
I did upper arms, but only because I wanted more negative camber. I've also done
1. Inner and outer tie rods (the winter salt does a number on them)
2. Sway bar endlinks
3. Tension struts

Front suspension is still as tight as when the car was new.

bmrboi2 is on a distinguished road
Issues I have run into are mentioned above. The Thrust arms, Ball joints, sway bar links, and tie-rods. I have done full replacements as opposed to just bushing replacements and had no issues thusfar. Mine does however seem to want an alignment every 10k-15k miles.

With the recalls or reimbursements from BMW, I have found that if your dealership likes you...theyll do it without issue. I had the footwell module replaced as it was dead, the front driveshafts and fuel pump done at no cost to me. The dealership got one random error message and said that was the fuel pump and just did the driveshaft recall while it was in last month for an ac evac and recharge. My SA said what the hell and just put it through. Im still waiting for the airbag which is coming soon. Thank god because I dented the emblem on the wheel last week smacking the horn when I almost got smacked by a Camry. (I wasnt about to have my 3rd X5 totalled by another Toyota Camry)
