Stage 1 DPF on

Hello. I ve got an e70 3.0d 235 horse power and im interested in getting my ecu flashed.
Im concerned about my dpf.
Will stage 1 fasten the dpf life and it will clog it faster than stock ?

I don't know. Probably depends on the quality of the flash tune, overall condition of your vehicle and if you maintain it well. Ive had my tune for three years, 30 or 40k miles and my calculated DPF life is still over 100k miles. It already has over 140k miles on it.

The DPF life is extended through proper execution and completion of regeneration cycles at the nominal intervals. A proper and quality flash should not modify that so all things being equal, the answer is 'no'.

My engine is the M57N2. I don't have raw numbers. It feels quick enough and I like it. The most damage I did to it was living with a failing thermostat for a few months. Don't do that.
