Good luck. Seems to be virtually no in depth information on this. I'm in the process of shooting a video to cover it though.
The rears are easy, you can access them with the hatch open. You'll see small flappers on both sides. I straightened out an old cheap metal coat hanger from the dry cleaner, and reamed it in both of the rears.
The front ones, you'll have to pull the wheel liners, then you can see where the drains come out behind the front quarter panel. I'm still not sure that you can even really access the drain for cleaning without removing the fender. I'll be digging into it this weekend. You can also pull the driver and passenger kick panels, behind there is where you can check if they're kinked.
