Haha I was clearly typing way too fast.
Okay so my back is finally feeling a it better. I tried to follow the instructions only realize that I can’t figure out where the horn is located in these cars. I know it’s behind the bumper somewhere but is there an easy way to access it ? Couldn’t find any DIYs or anything online. That being said, I did replace the fuses... I first tried a 15 amp one and it blew instantly. Then I tried a 20 amp one and it didn’t blow - I did start hearing the horn sound very faintly for 1 second everytime I’d press the horn. Based on this I’m assuming the horns are bad ? Either way, if someone can help me with finding the horns I can try to disconnect them and try the instructions that were posted. Faint suggests a short to ground sucking power and just some power getting to the horn.

Its behind the left and right wheel well liners directly in front of the wheels

its not going to be BOTH horns, IME. Odds of both failing at once are zero, basically.

It's entirely possible you have a bad horn. It just takes one to pull down the power for both.
