2007 e70 3.0 takes a few tries to turn on

So I had issues recently where I was getting rough idle when I would turn on the car. I got a new MAF and ended up doing an oil change which fixed the issue. There’s no idle now when I start the car. However, it takes a few tries to turn on from cold start. Once it warms up it’s fine but during cold start I have to press the button then the car turns off, press again and it turns on and off again and then finally on thr 3rd or 4th try it turns on. Any thoughts on what it could be ? Don’t have any codes but can check again.

I actually am getting a code. The dreaded P0015. I have already taken out and cleaned both vanos solenoids but that hasn’t helped. Any other suggestions ?
