where is the 6-cd changer going to be located?

In-dash, glove box, or in the trunk?
anyone who has seen the car in person can tell me?
Also, do you think it's worth it to get the premium sound package?

CD changer in the glove box. However, iPod interface is probably a better thing these days anyhow.

Does it mean that the X5 with the pic below doesn't have a CD changer? Or is it located in the trunk, still?

The 12V power outlet next to the auxilliary connection is an option (at least in the UK).
