I DROVE THE NEW 4.8i!!!!

Well, I visited my dealer today and saw they had the new '07 3.0si sitting on the platform. I was really impressed upon the close inspection. The salesman comes out and says they have the 4.8i in the back getting cleaned up. I ask if I could look at it and he drives it to the front so I could look at it. WOW! I end up sitting in it and then he asks if I would like to drive it............what do you think I said?

This thing is absolutely awesome. From the way it handles, cruises on the interstate, and sounds, it is an all around great evolution of the E53. The stereo was VERY nice too - subs under the seats.

It was black with tan interior........Here is a pic I took with my phone. Sorry for the lines - the sun was playing tricks with the reflections.

Is the storage area behind the second row noticeably larger? Thanks.

Yeah. It looked larger to me. The rear seats were folded down because the liftgate cover was installed, but it did look larger to me.....

From that photo it looks like the 07 is alot taller than the previous model next to it especially looking at the hood. Is it just the way the photo was taken? It looks really big compared to the E53.

I had my suspension lowered when I parked it there. I do that sometimes when I park it just for the look, so that's why the E70 looked taller than mine........it still might be slightly taller than the E53 overall though.
