Ipod Y adaptor and Garage Opener

Hey,

Had the new X5 for a couple of days now and I'm very happy with it, however I have a couple of questions.

1) Does anyone know where you can pick up the ipod Y adaptor? The dealership is selling them for around $120 here in Canada, but I was wondering if you can pick it up elsewhere for a bit less?

2) Can't seem to hook up the garage door opener to the X5. Read the manuel and tried it several times and still couldn't get it to work?
