If I get Aero kit as part of a lease, is it residuallized?

I am about to lease a new X5 and want to order the factory aero package as listed on the accessories page of BMW's site. My dealer tells me only a small portion of the package wil be able to be factored into the cap cost and thus residualized.

Is what my dealer is saying true? I was thinking the whole thing should be factored in...

is it factory installed or dealer installed, I would imagine he is talking about the labor portion of the cost.
