I don't have comfort access but I can do this feature on my remote for my 2008 3.0d. My understanding it's a standard feature for all E70 sold in Australia.

On the key fob remote, holding the close button, locks up the car and if any windows are open, will also close them, including the sunroof.

Holding the open button, does the reverse, unlocks the car and opens all the windows. Side windows first, and if the button is kept depressed, it will also open the sunroof.

I have comfort access and it does not roll up my windows on the remote when I hold the lock button. Think it's a Canadian feature they removed so you don't chop limbs off or something.

Also would be nice if the trunk would close via remote too.

It's cool to know where those features are actually found in practice.

I coded mine to provide those features. Can be useful sometimes, but it's more of a novelty.

Ya I read the post on the features that can be programmed and i was highly considering them but I think I will hold off until the warranty has expired so they don't end up short changing me if ya know what I mean.

^I can understand. But what's great about the coding, is that it can easily be reverted to "stock" prior to you going into the dealer for anything.

So here are a few videos
1. Double blink hazzard lights

2. Hatch open and close from key fob (or button inside)

3. Mirrors fold on lock and unfold on unlock (from fob or CA), and window up and down from the fob

+1
I use the manual as a reference, and it is great for that. This thread is nice because it is a collection of handy features that:
a) One doesn't necessarily have to find to be able to operate the car
b) Are not activated via their own special button or menu

I think it would be nice if an admin cleaned up this thread leaving only posts describing a handy feature, and making it a sticky.
