Do center caps from 18" rims fit the 20" rims?

Yes, they'll work. They're the same size and part #.

I just noticed that you didn't mention if they were BMW wheels or some other aftermarket wheels. If they were BMW wheels (214s) then the OEM roundels from your OEM 18s will fit.

Usually the center caps of same model wheels are interchangeable, but not always. BMW has on occasion used different sizes for different models. If it does not fit then you can buy them on ebay.

I just used the caps from my 18" style 58 wheels to put on my new 20" Beyern 5 wheels. The caps fit perfectly.
