Question Blackberry 8100 Pearl Snap In and a 8120/8130

All

Has anyone had experience of trying an 8120 Blackberry in the 8100 Bluetooth Snap In?

I can get one for £59 in the UK and it looks like it should work (i.e. same form factor, upgrade to the 8100).

Thanks

I have the blackberry pearl with the 8100 snap in and it works perfect. My only issue is that call waiting is not dispayed on the nav screen, but that apart all well.

Regards

Ste

Thanks Ste. Is your phone the original 8100 Pearl or the 8120?

I've bought the snap in and so far from what I can tell it works perfectly with my 8120.

So I'd assume any 8100 derivative may work also, such as the 8110.

I have been told that the 8110 differs with its connectors (and aparrently bmw say the fitting is only for the 8100 and 8120). would love if somebody could confirm this?

That would be a shame. I'll see what I can dig out with my contacts at Orange (as far as the connector differences between 8110 and 8120).
