Swirl mark on jet black x5

I pick up my jet black Saturday night and the next morning I notice the swirl mark and small scratches at the front bumper. I thought the x5 should be fully detailed at the time of delivery. Can I still call the dealership to detail the x5. Any suggestion will be apreciated.

I would stay away from a dealer detail, if they F'ed up the first time chances are they will again. Find a Pro detailer in your area

I agree, although the car should have never been delivered in that condition so it's also their responsibility to correct the problem and pay for the cost of the detailing.

Good luck and Congrats on the new ride.

Tell the dealer you want them to pay for it but you will take it to someone you pick to fix it.

I called the dealership and they agreed to fully detail the x5 and remove the swirl and minor scratches . It just annoying that you paid 74k for a car but you still need to argue with them to fully detail the car. Thanks for all the advice.

Can you post pics of the scratch--as well as the rest of your jet black 4.8 ?
