I would stay away from a dealer detail, if they F'ed up the first time chances are they will again. Find a Pro detailer in your area

Tell the dealer you want them to pay for it but you will take it to someone you pick to fix it.

I called the dealership and they agreed to fully detail the x5 and remove the swirl and minor scratches . It just annoying that you paid 74k for a car but you still need to argue with them to fully detail the car. Thanks for all the advice.
