E70 20'' Wheel Low profile Mileage

Please post the mileage that you have been getting on your 20'' wheel on the X5 4.8i. My dealer is trying to convince me to go with 19'' because they last longer as they aren't low profile.
Any input would be appreciated.

Hey Man - Your dealer is trying to sell you what he has .... 19s or 20s, you're driving a powerful SUV. Don't worry about mileage. Get what you WANT

19" are an all season and not a summer tire which is a much softer compound. Yes your dealer is correct in stating that the 19" will last longer than the 20".

I have 20" Dunlops on my 4.8 and have just under 15,000 miles. The rears should go at least another 5k- the fronts maybe 2-3k

My nieghbor has 20" wheels and all 4 were shot at 13,500 miles. I have 19" wheels on mine and wish I had the 20" wheels. You can replace the 20" summer tires with all season tires. I couldn't order the 20" wheels on the diesel.

I would go with the 20's for sure. They look WAY better than the standard sport 18's or any other X5 wheel in my opinion. My 4.8 came with the sport 18's and I just had them replaced with 20" replicas, way nicer by far.

Dunlop OEMs
No dirt roads, and pressures checked every 4 weeks.
