So YOU are removing the bumpers and the body shop is doing the painting?? Why not save yourself the trouble and let them do everything? Can't be that much more Anyhow here you go. Hope this helps...
Any instructions on how to remove the headlights and fender would be great. I think you have to remove the fender when removing the headlights.
