help with X5m wheels fitment

I just purchased a 2009 X5 4.8 and was wondering if the X5M wheels offset would work on my X5.

Correct me if im wrong:

1. same bolt patter on both.

2. I need to bore the hub center on the rear X5M wheels to 74mm as they are 72.5. fronts are same on both 74mm

3. Offsets on 2009 X5 are 37 rear and 40 front and X5M are 35 rear and 40 front.

Im am not sure if the 35 to 37 offset on the rear will make a big difference? I dont want the tires sticking past the fender.
If anyone can tell me if i have all this info correct that would be great.

Thanks
