Wow, those big dunes in the third video bring back so many memories! I went up and down those, as a passenger, in a "beach buggy" (which was VW engine with fibre-glass body).

All we had in the back seat was cooler boxes of Windhoek Lager and a big mesh bag tied down to hold all the empties...

Would love to go back there and do all that in a BMW

Yeah I found it interesting that they fitted skid plates but not real off roading tyres.
I also think the fact that they went with an experienced guide helped significantly..all in all looks like heaps of fun!
